Oh stop your bragging lol! She just needed the rest and some babies just start sleeping good earlier than others, you are one lucky lady!!
My niece started sleeping through the night at 3 months as well.

Sounds to me like a growth spurt :)  Babies get extra sleepy during a growth spurt, she should be fine.

My son was never a good sleeper, even since he was a newborn, but one day he took a 10 hour nap during the day! LOL Yikes! I kept checking if he was still breathing!

My hubby said that his son used to do that ... and the first time he slept that long it freaked him out too!  But him and his ex would go in and check on him, and he was just snoozin' away.  Very weird, but seems pretty normal.

And like others have said, if your little one was sick, sleeping that long was helping her body recuperate.

My youngest daughter started sleeping like that around 2 months old. She slept through the night about 12 or 13 hours. Even now she sleeps that long still (she'll be turning 2 at the end of March).

I'd say normal too especially if she wasn't feeling well. She probably needed the rest to help get over her sickness.

I think from maybe 5 or 6 months my son slept 12 hours or more without waking to eat.  I would wake up for a while wondering why he wasn't up to eat yet.  But my little guy just loves to sleep.

Since you said she was sick, she probably needed the rest...that is when our bodies heal and recuperate.  I haven't given birth yet, but I'd say normal.
