All right ladies. TMI.

Ok, I have finally fallen into the constipation stage. It is getting ridiculous! I have not been able to use the rest room in a week or so. I am very active, I drink around 2 liters of water a day, eat tons of fruits and veggies....I just don't know what to do! I have even been taking Miralax for the last 3 days and still nothing. I am not really in any discomfort, I just want to make sure this is normal and I don't need to talk to my doc about it. I am leaving for vacation ( a 17 hour car ride) on Friday and don't want to have any issues with needing the rest room pronto, if you know what I mean. I am 30+1 and I know the digestion slows down even more so around this time. Is it normal to go a week with out a BM? Should I call my Dr and try to get in and talk to him before I leave on vacation? Any other things I am missing I could be doing to get things 'moving'?

I don't know how I could possibly add anymore fiber to my diet! I am already a pretty healthy eater and I just am not sure if I should try to talk to my doctor before I leave or just let things go for right now.
