Pregnancy After Mirena

I had my Mirena removed July 26 2010. It has been three weeks and four days, and no sign of my period. My husband and I are trying to conceive, and after my Mirena was removed I had slight spotting for one day, slight cramps for one day, nausea in the mornings for about the last week or so, tender breasts for the past few days, and I have been very, very tired. We thought I was pregnant but I have taken several pregnancy tests, about ten, and all are negative. Is this cause for concern? Is this normal? Could I be pregnant, despite the tests? I'm very concerned that I may not be able to get pregnant if my period doesn't return.
A little history; I am a healthy 25 year old woman, my husband is also a healthy 21 year old man. I have had the Mirena for three years, and my period was normal and fairly light before the Mirena was inserted. I am on 50mg Sertraline daily and my husband is taking no medication. I am also taking prenatal vitamins.

Hi I had the mirena for just under 2yrs had a lot of problems with it and it was removed aug 2 2010 I just got the start of my period today. So hold out a little longer I thought I was pregnant too because I was supposed to get it the 7th and I had normal periods on the mirena. So it takes a little while but it will come back and if you think your preggers go to the doc and get a blood test, you prob wont show on a hpt until months! Hope that helps!

After getting off of any form of birth control it can take a couple months for your period to get back to being regular. If you are getting negative pregnancy tests then most likely you are not pregnant right now. However, since you don't know when you will ovulate I would keep trying.
