I don't have mirena any more it came out a couple months ago and I had my first period in almost 4 years and it only lasted 2 1/2 days, before I had mirena my periods would last about 4 days, would it be normal for it to last that short of time after not having it for so long?  I have also had unprotected sex in the past few months not sure if i'm pregnant though.

thank you very much for the advise it is very helpful!! I have not yet taken an otc test so I'm thinking I might try that first and see what the out come is lol

Mirena can make your period crazy after it's taken out. You may be pregnant though, so I would suggest seeing a doctor for blood work. I never had a period with mirena. I had mine taken out for surgery August 12th and finally had a period the 28th. I'm now 8 weeks pregnant. Good luck to you!
