Pregnant & Received 2nd written warning for work

Hi Ladies, wondering if anyone can help.

im 17w4d pregnant with my first baby working full-time as a Financial Accountant. Last year before Christmas 2013 I received a written warning due to my lack of performance. I feel that this is unjust. My role has changed 3 times in the last 2 years and just when I get the hang of my duties & resposibilities they strip away my role and ship it off to India or WA. I have never been trained (dispite asking for training) when changing roles and was never given a clear outline/structure of my new duties, I was always expected to work it out myself. I've been with this company for 8 years,  promoted 4 times andwith the change of CFO came my constant change of roles.

Termination of my employment is a done deal, I have 2 weeks max left at work. I feel "they" have been setting me up to be fired to avoid paying a redundancy.

Do I have grounds to sue considering my circumstances?

Yep, definitely unfair dismissal, I'd be taking it as far as possible! Good luck!!!

Thanks for that! I work in Sydney Australia and have every intention of filing for unfair dismissal. I was relying on paid parental leave to make ends meet but now this will put a huge financial strain on myself and my husband. My works ethics have never been questioned in the last 8 years makes me wonder why now?

It's illegal to not provide you with adequate training. And you also feel you have been discriminated against and bullied. So yes, I would at least get someone to investigate it. In Australia you tell WorkCover, not sure where you're from though sorry lol
I hope you can work something out because they are definitely in the wrong and I would fight it!!
