Hello,
Given the discrepancy between the HPT and office test you should ask your physician to peform a blood test. This is the most accurate assessment.

Hi my name is tasha, I 'm a new member to this web site. I have some questions I had a c-section august of 06 now I 'm having lower abdominal pain, and i'm developing a tightness on my right side, it getting so severe that I can't sleep on my right side or my stomach. I took a pregnancy test last month, and it was negative, but I spotted for one day. Then this month I came on but was very lite. I am getting nausea because of the tightness on my side, I needed some sort of answers as of what to do for right now, I have a doctors appointment on the 13th od december.
are you having any more symptoms any cramping or backaches anyway if you got 4 positives you are pregnant
if i were you i would just ask for a blood test its way more accurate! and those digital do work when i found out i was preg. i went to the doc. for blood work and my hcg was only 27 at the time! so good luck.
THis is DandM again... I actually took EPT First Response and that also showed a slight line... twice. I have done a total of 4 tests and one clear blue... all having a line, and one indicating PREGNANT (clear blue digitial) the doctors office they said was a negative symbol. I am suppose to go Friday again in the morning and pee in a cup..
I think the clearblue test is more accurate being that is a little more expensive. And doctor tests are compared to dollar tree test. And the more expensive the least amount of hcg can be detected, oppose to a cheeaper test you will have to have an high level of hcg to detect.
