And with the hormone changes headaches are very common... shortness of breath is common to as your body has increased in blood volume which means more to oxygenate which means your breathing faster already....so its easy to become short of breath when doing stuff...cramping can be from the uterus growing and ligaments and what not and is a common complainta as well.... but saying all this it can be nothing BUT you dont know for sure so i personally would go get checked out to make sure :) i always say even getting some reassurance can go along way and may make you feel better :)
That's what my dad and my boyfriend keep saying "/ lol like I don't run to bathroom enough! Well more water it is then. I'm still going to call my Dr just to make sure she knows and for some reassurance. Thank you !!
I had the same thing happen to me with my last child. It was from not drinking enough water. I know u said u keep hydrated. But being pregnant u basically have to double up. I think ur suppose to drink 8 to 10 glasses a day well for a pregnant woman you need to double. I would also still call ur doc to make sure they think everything is ok. Good luck!
