I have bad cramps too but they're not that bad to where I loose sleep. I'm only 5 weeks. The doctor told me it would go away in the second trimester

Well they seem to be subsiding now but well see how long their gone fore I've been cramping for almost 4 hours

Your probley dehydrated. I would drink lots of water and if they don't go away in a hour I advice you to go to the E.R of your pain is that bad it doesn't sound good. And I know because I was going into preterm labor at 14 weeks.
That's odd. Try drinking a bunch of water. As long as you're not bleeding you're probably fine, but it wouldn't hurt to call your doctor. Don't feel bad to, that's what we pay them for.
No bleeding but everytome I'm able to fall asleep it wakes me up
If the cramps are that intense call ur dr. or go to the er. Is there any bleeding? Theres a few reasons that I can think of you having cramps, dehydration, pre labor, uti infection.
