We had a lil scare as far as him finishing inside me a lil 3 days before my last period in march I did think anything of it cuz my period came soon after but like I said early. Its been 2weeks since that scare n weve continued to have unprotected sex lastnite we had sex but afterward I started spotting thats never happened to me before since our scare in march ive taken 2pregnancy test borh were neg but I think I took them to soon plus with both of my other 2pregnancys I had taken test n they were all neg up until I was almost 3months pregnant im wondering if this could be the case aswell should I just wait for my next period and go from there?

That's understandable. I would get a blood test to make sure. Good Luck though.
