Sleeping Beauty

Hello... currently I'm 9 weeks one day pregnant. I sleepy all the time, my body is extremely weak all the time... I work as a receptionist at a office and can't really seen to get through the week. I don't see my OB doctor till July 2 (12 weeks 2 day)..
My question is what should I do to boost my energy?

I am going to be 9wks tomorrow, i have been extremely tired as well, walks have helped a lot. Apparently we will feel better soon everyone says, but this sure is taking a toll on me as well. I totally understand your fustration! Just ger as much rest as you can at home! :)

If I didn't have caffeine on the days I go to work I'd be fired. I have a small amount of soda 3x a week. I tried to go without last week and I almost set a person to move to Angola instead of the UK. (I work in international HR/relocation).  My doc is ok with it bc the only other stuff I drink is milk or water. And occasionally juice.

I be wanting a cup of coffee but everyone tell me coffee not good.because it has caffeine in it.
I don't want anything wrong with my growing baby so I choose not to drink it..

I honesly feel the same way, im a ma and I  and walk all day, in a peds office nonetheless. I simply have my small cup of coffee every morning, if gives me what I need.in the morning, that little push to get my day going.

Maybe go for a 30 minute walk each day. It can give you more energy.
