After A While Youll Just Stop Wanting To..With My Son The Smell Make Me Throw Up Instantly And iSmoked For 4 Years Heavy.. And With This Pregnancy It Does The Same Thing.. As Long As You Minimize It Youll Stop On Your Own
With my first pregnancy I was a smoker. My dr had me titrate down because the sudden nicotine withdrawl can put your body into shock and cause miscarriage depending on how long heavy you smoked. In about 3 weeks I was done. I would at least talk to your dr before going cold turkey.

If you really think about this beautiful miracle growing inside of you or watch a couple ultrasound videos, it will make it a lot easier on you. I was a heavy smoker and just recently quit when I found out as well. Tough but well worth it. Best of luck and congrats.
Hi!
If you were my patient, I would advise you that there are many reasons to quit smoking if you are pregnant. Smoking does not cause birth defects, but
It can cause other problems like failure of the baby to grow well.
It is also harmful to the health of the mother and the baby after birth.
SO if you can quit, you would definitely be advised to do so!
Good luck!

Yes. You should quit. Talk to your doctor about how to quit.
