You can wax while youre pregnant the only thing you might notice is that it hurts a little more and you may get a rash for a day or 2 (I was doing esthetics training) it definitely won't hurt anything... As for nail polish remover you can get acetone free remover that is healthy for both you and your little one :)

Im a dental hygienst and would not recommend it because you swallow some of the bleach when you whiten. I quit whitening my teeth when I got pregnant.

Um ok.. I still do my nails and plan on getting my hair highlighted.. I have heard the wax that you put on and leave on for couple minutes is fine too because not a lot goes into our blood stream that gets into baby's.. Same with the highlight.. I painted my daughters room when getting ready for her dunno if I'm painting now since they be sharing room but the way it was done is plain ugly- done from people who lived her before.. I'm gunna have to look into it a little more..

Thanks

When I picked up my whitening trays from the dentist they made me sign a waver saying not to use it during pregnancy.

When pregnant I didn't do any tooth whitening and also stopped polishing my nails, not because the polish is such a problem but because the polish remover is toxic stuff.  On the other hand, I painted my baby's room (with latex paint) because my doctor said "The only way paint can harm you is if you stick your head in the bucket," and I had my hair highlighted.  Guess the moral of the story is that I did the things my doctor said were OK.

I do, I use crest white strips, I looked in the directions to see if it said anything about pregnancy in the warning label and it didn't so I just assumed, my baby is perfectly fine, maybe ask your doc? Good question tho!
