Did I miscarry?

The waiting is killing me.  Here is the general chain of events; If anyone can help me understand the degree of certainty I miscarried.
1.)  I began to have overall signs of sickness which turned out to be a UTI, but also very sore breasts and had a short period.  I took a HPT that came out positive on April 6th.  I continued to feel ill and had  a pretty high fever each night.  Soaking the sheets with sweat and violent chills.  My fever ranged from 103-105.
2.)  I went to urgent care where they diagnosed me with a UTI on April 8th.  They would not confirm the HPT although I asked them to.
3.)  On Saturday, April 9th, I began bleeding with tissue....continued to have fever at night but was taking macrobid for UTI.
4.)  Cramping began also and as I continued to bleed, I went to local family medical where she did draw blood HCG of 1132 and confirmed I was pregnant; but she referred me to ER due to bleeding and cramping.
5.)  Five hours after the first HCG/blood draw, the ER did a blood HCG of 906.   They also did a sonogram and also internally (I forget what that one is called....) but the lady looked and looked and really couldn't see anything.  The ER doctor advised me I was blood type O negative and gave me rhogam shot.  He also hesitated but said he thought my cervix was closed.  They referred me to an OB/GYN for follow up.
6.)  Two days later, I had a follow up appointment for HCG blood test at OB/GYN and continued to bleed and cramp.  This blood draw came back at 459HCG.  They called me with these results Monday, and cancelled the sonogram saying they want to watch the HCG  drop to zero.  I have continued to bleed but it was never anything to bad.  The blood and the cramping is less now.  I have another test for blood/HCG tomorrow afternoon.

Sigh!

My question is:  is this pretty for sure that I have miscarried?  I want to emphasize that I was not trying to become pregnant and would honestly feel relieved to know I have miscarried at this point.

Hi!
When the hcg begins to drop it confirms a miscarriage.  It is not unlikely that you lost the pregnancy due to the kidney infection and fevers.  It is also equally likely that you would have lost the pregnancy anyway, due to an abnormality of the development which happens frequently in pregnancy even without a UTI.
The good news is that you are able to get pregnant.  Often women do conceive again right away (if that is what you want to do).
Hope this helps!
Sorry you lost the pregancy!
