Tylenol pm?

So I'm 21 weeks and I've been having the hardest time sleeping due to back pain and stress and was wondering if it would be okay if I took a Tylenol pm to help.

Yeah it might just be normal tylenol . My dr gave me hydrocodone once after getting a tooth pulled but in that case the good out weighed the bad because that tooth was abcess and that can be very dangerous for the baby .

Always good to ask your dr about medicine. My dr gave me a script for a stronger pain killer for my back and told me its the only one I can take due to my complications.
