are these symptoms normal??

I am 5 weeks pregnant with 2 previous miscarriages.  I am wondering how normal it is to have smallish cramping at this stage, especially when I go to stand up??  I have no bleeding or spotting (but I didn't have either of these with my two previous pregnancies until the very end).  Also my HCG results were 17dpo=284, 21dpo=1540.  With these results is my chance of m/c the same as before??  I do not really "feel" pregnant at this point except for being a tad more tired by the end of the day.  I am just wondering what my chances are of completing this pregnancy - I am 37y with PCOS.

I am 29 weeks and have had cramping since day one.  sometimes it is so small that i think it is all in my head and sometimes i thought i was going into early labor.  My doctor said it was my uterus stretching.  Also I had absolutely no signs of pregnancy what so ever except that instead of having one period for 5 days i had light bleeding for a month straight.  Good Luck.

I am almost 9 wks pg with #4 and can tell you that crampy pains on the sides is normal (meaning to the side of the center but inside your pelvid bones). It is usually ligament stretching type pain. I have been told that it is cramping in the middle of your lower abdomen you have to worry about. Good luck with your baby... =0)
