Update!!!!!!!

First off, I want to say thank you so much to everyone for all the support. My appointment today went extremely well! Instead of 8w5d I am measuring 9w1d which is 2 days off by my LMP (who cares, right?) LoL. The subchorionic hemorrhage hasn't changed much in size but is no longer active so now, they expect it to eventually just go away on its own! Yay! Thank you again so so much. Means a lot to me to have such wonderful support. A few of you ladies deserve so much more credit because if it wasn't for you, I probably wouldn't have gone to the hospital to begin with!

I had bleeding and cramping at 6w6days and went to ER. Found I was Rh- or something so got a shot for that and also found out that I had a hematoma. I didn't have any more bleeding until 10w1day when I was laying in bed that night and WOOSH! A huge amount of dark red blood came out with a few small clots. I freaked out and rushed to the bathroom crying. Next day I went to my doctor and saw my little baby waving it's arms around :) After that I think it resolved itself because I didn't have anymore bleeding (just occasional post-coital spotting).

I think you will be fine. My doc said subchorionic hematoma are usually harmless and resolve themselves in the 1st trimester. Congrats on sticky baby!!

Does anyone who has had a hematoma after it is considered to no longer be active to still have bleeding?

I did ask about an OB, the Dr that saw me at the hospital also has a clinic so I have to go see her for a follow up then, she'll get me a referral to an OB :)

My current pregnancy had the same due date as my son going by my lmp too!! But it is off now because I ovulated weird the month we conceived. Hopefully it will be as good of luck for you as it has been for me!

Just keep rested and the bleed will heal! That is wonderful that it hasn't grown any! My first us after finding it, it had quit growing and the next it was gone. I am so excited for you!! :)
