Vitamins

My prenatal vitamins make me really sick so I stopped taking them is this bad?

Try taking them at night right before you fall asleep before you quit completely ...the vitamins replenish what the baby takes from you so you can stop taking them but then you need to make sure your eating a very nutritious diet so that you don't develop vitamin deficiencies later and you should always consult your doctor before you do anything like that they can usually either switch you to a different vitamin or give you advice on things to help so it doesn't make you sick like also prescribing zofran which would help with nausea

Try different brands. Some work for you, some won't. I've gone through like 5 brands myself. But yes, it's important you take them. :) try!

Yes it is bad! Your baby and you need those extra vitamins the whole way through. Have you tried takin them at supper with food? They were really hard on my stomach too (never take vitamins on an empty stomach,
You will get sick)! So now I take them at bed time and I'm fine!

Gummies are def much better :) I had to stop taking the capsules bc of the nausea

With each kiddo I had to take them at bed time. If that still doesn't work ask your doc if you cantake another brand or the gummies.

You should try the gummy vitamins. Thats much better.
