Whats the different for maternity leave pay and disability pay???im a lil confused

In my work maternity leave is unpaid. you have to use your sick/benefit time. Dissability helps you put, so rather than put 8 hours in, you put in four and disability puts in fpur, but their four is half your wage. That's for New York.
