Hi!
A blood pregnancy test is not a bad idea. You can also re-test using a urine test in 5-7 days. The home tests are pretty accurate these days, and are also pretty difficult to mess up! If they are all negative, you probably are NOT pregnant.
Your symptoms are consistent with pregnancy, but unfortunately, they are also pretty common among non-pregnant women too.
If you were my patient, and your pregnancy test was negative again, I would also check your thyroid function. I would also discuss your plans with you--eg. are you "trying" for a baby, or do you want birth control, etc.
If you are trying, and your periods are often irregular, you might benefit from some medications to help you ovulate!
Good luck!

Check out pregnancy centers in your area. Many offer testing for free. If you cannot find any, you should assume you're pregnant (i.e. avoid alcohol, smoking, excessive caffeine, etc.) until you find out for sure. Make sure when you test, it's first morning's urine, and try not to drink too much fluid the last couple of hours you're up the night before. It may dilute the urine and invalidate the test. Some women take a lot longer to get a positive HPT, even though they are definitely pregnant. As far as symptoms, those are all the same symptoms I had initially.
Good luck!
i don't know where i can...in between insurances at work right now
