24 weeks and still exhausted

I thought the fatigue part of pregnancy had passed but I'm still soo tired. I feel constantly worn out. When I do start doing the daily house work around just laundry,  dishes,  and picking up my sides and around my belly button hurt terribly. I called my Dr 2 weeks ago about the pain, I thought it was just stretching pains, and he sent me to the ER to be put on a fetal monitor. He told me to take it easy, and to rest as much as I could. If I rest anymore or take it any easier I would be dead. The pains started again 2 hours ago, for no reason this time and I really don't know what to do. Something just doesn't feel right but idk what it is. This is my first pregnancy and I know a lot of my feelings of worry are because this is my first pregnancy. Idk if I should call my Dr in a couple hours when he comes in the office or just wait until Wednesday at my check-up to ask him about the pain again. Anyone have any similar problems?

When in doubt get checked out. I'm 24 weeks also but this is my second pregnancy and I'm high risk so I hardly do anything but I'm still constantly exhausted so I know what you mean

I would call. He did send u to the ER for the same pain last time. I would call just to get your doctor's opinion at least. Yes, it may be nerves but you never want to second guess it. If it feels wrong to you then go with your instincts.

Thanks I will ask my Dr about the pain Wednesday at my check up. I think a lot of it may be nerves. I'm 32 and a FTM.

Thats how I was in my first two trimesters I would, literally be falling asleep everywhere and I would always have stomach pains. I didnt think it was normal and I would get all kinds of cramps and I always had a pain in my lower left stomach. I was seriously afraid.something was not right and I had myself thinking all these horrible situations. But everytime the dr checked me and the ultrasounds said evrything was fine and baby was healthy. All,this stopped after I hit my third trimester. just try to relax and not worry too muchh or stress, still mention it.to ur dr. of course at ur next appt
