I went to the doctor and she adviced me for a blood test and pelvic/abdomen scan. I got it done and the report says 1.4cms calculi seen in the neck of gall bladder and bilateral polycystic ovaries noted. Is it something serious how can I get through these problems?

symptoms of pregnancy also mimick those of periods so you could be pregnant. However, by now you should be getting a positive result. You could go to the doctor for a blood test which is more accurate.
Were you on birthcontrol? If so,it could affect the regularity of your cycle.
How long have been ttc?
