Hi!
It IS possible to be pregnant after a tubal, so doing a pregnancy test is ABSOLUTELY the right thing to do! IF the test is negative, I would wonder about irritable bowel syndrome(IBS). You may want to Google that and see if it sounds like you. It wouldn't explain the sore breasts, but certainly everything else fits.
Good luck!

I just read about the IBS an to me I feel that I have some of the sytmones that they are saying but not that many though. I do have depression an it does come an go but it dont matter what I do though the last three weeks they have been more steady at time an last longer. But to me they feel that they are more in the cervix area. If I press down in that area I can feel it. Its like the same areas where u would get cramps before ur period. Ever since I hadd my tubes tied my periods are not reg at all. There are months that go by with out me having one. I know that the other times I wasnt pregent because i hadnt had any sex at all tell I went on my honeymoon on Oct 7 an thats when I started to feel sick to my stomach anything i ate upset it an the smell or looking at things. I have had three other kids. but this is the second day that my nipples an boobs hurt they dont hurt that bad but enough to know that they hurt.
Should I try another pregnecy test in a 3 or 4 weeks to make sure. An how serious is IBS. An is there anything at home that I can do to help this. An what kind of meds would I need to take. I have had cyst on my ovaries that brust all of the time also. Could that have also caused that if that is what it is. To me I dont think that I really dont have a problem with my bowels though because I am always going all the time.. An plus there have been times that my stomach goes hard. I am not sure if any of this has anything to do with my hormones also.
