Hi!
If you had a normal menstrual period, chances are very low that you are pregnant.
I ALWAYS recommend a pregnancy test, just to be on the safe side though.
By the way. don't forget about the "morning after pill" otherwise known as emergency contraception. Plan B is the name of one such product on the market in the US.
Good luck!

no love if you had your period you are not pregnet . it just came early
Hi all, I started looking online for some possible answers to my situation. I stumbled across this one and figured I'd explain my situation and get some feedback. The first day of my last period was on May 15th. I'm pretty regular and was expecing my next period to occur around June 12th. My fiancee and I had unprotected sex on May 21st and May 23rd. I took a home pregnancy test on June 15th and it immediately came up positive. I called and scheduled an appointment with my gyn and saw him today. He did an internal ultrasound and found nothing. I have all the pregnancy symptoms ( I have children already) --swollen/tender breasts/nipples, nausea, minimal spotting on June 18th and VERY sensitive to certain odors. I have yet to have a period. The doctor said it could be too early to see on the ultrasound. However, I was pregnant last year around this time and at 4 weeks and the doctor saw a sac immediately, but lost it. He sent me for labwork today and then the tech who drew my blood said to me "Oh, how many weeks are you or you don't know yet?" I replied the doctor said about 5 weeks. She said in response "Oh they are doing this test early, they usually don't do this until 12 weeks or so". I just looked at her. Is there something these people don't want to tell me???? My results will be in, in 2 days. I will find out then if I am pregnant or not. My gut feeling is that I am..I know what being pregnant feels like and I'm never late. This would be my fiancees first baby. Any advice/guidance would be GREATLY appreciated.
