Dilated to 4 85% thinned. ..but no contractions...got sent home from the hospital. ..in so much pain but doctors wont do anything. ..what can I do?
Ive tried eveything except castor oil....pineapple didnt work..sex, masterbating,spicy food , bouncong, squats, walking, and nothing....
This is probably the last thing on your mind. Lol but try masterbating or haveing sex, rub your nips or go on a brisk walk! Maybe youll start feeling contractions!
