is this normal?
My nipples hurt ao bad any touch or rub or even wen I'm taking a shower & the water touches them it hurts is this normal? & is there anything I can do to make it better?
Mine hurts the most after i get out of the shower. I heard if u massage them they will feel better but i found that it only helps for a little while. If u leave them alone and let it go away on there own then it wont keep coming back.
