I am 12 Weeks pregnant and I have a lot of gas too, so much so it makes me sick all day at times.  I started sleeping sitting up to try to alleviate some of the discomfort. I asked my Dr about it and she told me it is normal, its from the progesterone relaxing the muscles of the digestive track. I find its better for me to stay away from high fat and oily foods.  I drink syrictly water and lemonade, sodas will add to the gas. Aldo they told me I could take simithicon (gas x).

I recently got rid of chlymida that a very Nasty Ex gave to me.The time I had the std I didn't have a regular period.I had Constant bleeding for 2 months but not like a period.I was then put on a provera hormone to stop the bleeding and jump start my period so I would be regular.I wasn't aware but the first day I stop bleeding me an my partner was very excited to well you know. The next day I started my period which was suppose to happen. That lasted 6 days from the 13-19.Intercourse days were 12 20 25 and 26.I have been having wired sings such as tingling in my lower stomach area  some acne which I never get .Waking up with headaches some dizziness also this really wired vein on my boob.my fingers swoll up two sizes and I feel moody all the time as well as bloated.I feel bloated all the times and a couple days ago I had some weird spotting it started pinkish then turned a brownish color.Maybe I'm just rushing things but could this possibly be early signs of pregnancy?Could I have got pregnant  the day after my provera pill?Is this normal?

If you have a fever accompanying the gassy feel at any time, go directly to the doctor. You could have a Gastrointestinal Infection. You could also have a worse situation like diverticulitis or IBS. Remember, your intestinal tract is very important to wellness. Don't hesitate to ask questions. I hope this all helps and may you have rest soon! Side note ~ I used to take Beano products....way too often.....it seems the body can get addicted to them. Address things nutritionally as best as you can. You could need some extra water as well. :)

I suggest on top of what the doctor says to consider something possibly triggering nutritionally. If you're eating sugar substitutes of any nature, they can at times trigger gas, as they do me, also pregnant. Again, consider lactose. To a person lactose intolerant you can have gas. Analyze your diet and see. Just a tag, for some as well, coffee can be a culprit.

Hi!
It is unusual to have so much gas.  It may be that you have a partial obstruction somewhere--especially if you have had one or more surgeries. It may also be a sign of Irritable bowel syndrome and sometimes changes in your diet or products such as Bean-o can help alleviate the symptoms.
You may want to speak to your primary care provider about this.
Good luck!
