back cramps

I'm 16 weeks and the past few days I've had some of the worst back cramps. Like I'm not sure if it's cramps or if it's just where the baby is sitting making my back hurt pretty bad. Should I be concerned? I've started feeling more movement though so I feel that's a good sign

I've had terrible back pain for the passed ten weeks of my pregnancy... it doesn't really go away, but its normal. Soak in epsom salt or use a heat pad on your back (which is safe, just don't use on your tummy) and then there's always tylenol, which I try to avoid, but its safe to take
