i heard you can buy kits from the store but their pretty pricey, how can i make one at home? its beena long time since elementary school and forgot how to be crafty. If any of yall have made one i'd love to hear ideas.

You can buy paper maiche In the craft section at wak Mart and make your own. Just make sure you use A LOT an I do mean A LOT of Vasaline or massage oil on your stomach first or it will all stick to your skin and make a mess. Some people even wear t shirts.
