Okay thanks ladies. I drink like 6 bottles or more of water a day.. but I called she said it sounds like braxton hicks if it doesnt hurt. I dont have it anymore so ishould be fine.
And yes dehydration does play a part of Braxton Hicks, I just meant at the moment for me it didn't play a part due to how much water I had drank.
They are Braxton Hicks I called on Tuesday for the same reason and they told me it's Braxton Hicks and to stay hydrated because Braxton Hicks can be caused by dehydration which is not true because I had drank 5 bottles of water that day and it was only noon. If they do happen 4x in 1 hr or are 3-5 mins apart then they are contractions and it's time. Exactly what I was told when I called. Jus keep an eye on them.
You can usually tell if they're braxton hicks if they only last a few seconds... If they're lasting longer then they could be! And apparently braxton hicks will ease if you take a bath... real contractions won't.
I'd ring your midwife though if you're worried!
Good luck!!
