checking cervix/dialation

Hello. Do anyone know if the keep checking you every week for dialation on your weekly appointments?

I got checked starting at my 36 weeks up until I delivered 4 days ago.

I started getting regular checks at 37 weeks. They are optional though

They started checking me at 37 cuz i asked.. the hospital i go to usually doesn't check till 38 but every doc is different if you want to know just ask it couldn't hurt nothing

I got checked at my weekly when I was 36 weeks, at my 37 week one my doc said it was optional,  and she told me I'll def get checked at my 38 week one this week.
