How to manage baby #2??

I have a two year old son( he's going to be 3 when baby arrives) and I'm 22 weeks. I couldn't sleep last night stressing about this big change. When I had my son I couldn't imagine loving anyone else as much as I do him he's my world and we're so close. He's so spoiled my husband and I do everything we can for him. I guess what I'm asking is, what are some drastic changes that come with having another baby and how do you mommies manage your time and affection between the two? I'm also afraid it's going
To put more stress on our marriage.

I had your exact same fear when I had my second child. Once I brought my second baby home everything just fell into place. There was some stress at first just getting the hang of have two children. Now that I am pregnant with my third I no longer have that fear because I know we can do it.
