Neg result, positive result neg result but still prego symptoms

My breasts were tender so I took a test it came out neg. 5 days later I took another test, it came out positive. Then 5 days later I took another it said neg, but once I got the positive test I started drinking slot of water so I don't know if the 3 test was correct or the hormone was weak. I'm currently 2 days late for my period, my breasts are still very tender, which normally they r never tender around my period, only when pregnant. Just don't know what to think. Pregnant or not?!? Help! I can't afford to keep buying more tests...

Don't know where you're at and I can relate to not being able to afford a bunch of tests, but I'd say go to the doc, if you can't do that for some reason, there might be places that do free testing, and also I know Dollar Tree dollar store carries tests for a buck, above yes they do work. That's how I confirmed my pregnancy. Good Luck

To get a positive result 5 or 6 days before your period and then to get a negative when your period is late is weird. Either it was a false positive (like an evaporation line) or you had a chemical pregnancy and will start your period soon. Because if you got a positive before your period started then it should definitely show now as your hcg doubles every day. Call your doctor.

Go to the doctors abd get a blood test!! It will confirm if u are or aren't
