feeling really down and scared

I just found out I was pregnant this Monday in took me by complete surprise, I really wanted to finish college and go to med school I really don't know what's gonna happen now.i just want to give my baby something to be proud of; i really wanted to either become a doctor or nurse practitioner; and get my maters degree too.  I just wish .... ugggh theres no wishing im already prego;but i really had some big goals for myself now; i dont know what to do:(i feel so unworthy of being a mom because i wanted to put my dreams first but now i have no choice baby first
any advice ? Maybe mommies that put something on hold or that are going to college still or that knows how it is to have to sacrifice something if you can call it that; im new to all this i dont know what to expect; all the moms around my age dont go to school; school was my key to become something ...now i feel like it all gone

Keep pursuing your dream!!  There are plenty of high school drop outs because they pregnant, but that is a choice generally.  Try to see if when the baby comes, if you can do online classes at home that are self-paced and once the baby is old enough and you feel comfortable with a day care or babysitter, go back to your campus!

Keep pushing for your goals. I was surprised too and had just finished my first year of college. Now you have to start planning everything out. You still have time to go to school especially if you're early on because fall semester doesn't start until sometime in August. Check into online courses, night classes everything.  You can still do it so hold your head up. I'm 19 about to be 20 in August and when I found out I was pregnant I started making plans right away. Yes it's going to be tough but you have to stick it out not for you but for your baby so that he or she can have a brighter and better future. And you'll be able to show them that nothing can stop you from accomplishing your goals in life period.
