im going to be 18 weeks ina few days. i THINK i only felt my baby move once. ive never been pregnant so i dont know what to feel for, or how to know if it really was my baby. but at my 12 week appt. when my doctor did my u/s he said the babby wouldnt keep still ! it was kinda funny cos kept flipping around and all that. so maybe its just the position the babys in, you'll feel it soon !

relax most women dont feel the baby this early.

I am so sorry for your loss of your 4 and 1/2 month. I cant imagine your pain. A mc is bad but that has to be much worse.

During my first pregnancy I did not feel the baby moving until 22 weeks, everything was fine I just didn't feel the baby moving. After 22 weeks I would feel the baby moving a lot.

You will probably start to feel it soon...I'm at the same stage and only feel baby moving now and again, and only when I'm really still. I had my detailed scan a couple of days ago which put my mind at rest a lot as it showed that baby is moving much more than I'm feeling it...I cant remember when I really started to feel proper movement with my other 2, its been a long time!

It's completely normal :) its all about placental and baby position. You could always make an appt for a scan to put your mind at ease.
