clysta is right, no get pregnant quick meds. the whole process is very long and 2 weeks waiting is always difficult.
i am taking a b complex because there is word that b6 helps lengthen your luteal phase. (and after much research figure the other things it can do for me are also greatly appreciated and even if it doesn't help with my luteal it will hopefully affect other things in my life) I also decided this after a few months of charting my bbt i have come to the conclusion i have a short lp and am attempting to see if it helps things. i have also had 2 miscarriages though so i'm a little bit more aware of thing.
there is a tea people discuss, its raspberry leaf tea, again this is talk, not proven. but this tea ripens your uterus and makes it a little bit more cushy for egg and sperm to implant into, (or so that is the theory) you should do research on the tea for doses and how to steep for fertility.
avoid lube that kills sperm and watch our for the days when your cervical mucous is thick and stretchy, like egg whites (ewcm) and try to have 'swimmers' during that time
sexual positions, i dont think it matters, but i do think it helps if you reach climax too. i have heard most people say you on top, or him on top. but the reality is that as long as his boys are delivered it should work the same.
these are just things i've heard on the grapevine and it is up to you to research them and decide if they are for you. i have been trying for over a year now. i wouldn't worry about things until you have been trying for at least six months. and most people go see their doctor after a year of trying to see if there are any issues. give yourself time, this is not a fast or easy process.
best of luck conceiving
You've not given any information that could help us answer your question. Do you have regular or irregular cycles, are you ovulating and if so when, when are you having sex, what are your ages, do you use OPKs or chart your BBT at all, do either of you have underlying health conditions or drink/smoke/do drugs.
There are no get pregnant quick medications out there, and nothing OTC boosts fertility or aids in conception. There are also no positions that make it more likely to happen, they all more or less get the job done.
