Ive been having the worst headache and Tylenol doesnt seem like it works...

For me I had to drink caffeine and water and pretty much keep going back and forth between the 2

Soaking your hands and feet in warm water will draw the blood from your head to relieve pain. Ice pack and a dark room can help for sure. And of course water drink until you just can't anymore

I'm 17wks, my headaches started about a wk ago, Tylenol didn't help me much either but putting an ice pack on my head does. I also heard a body pillow might help and not paying or sleeping on your back. Good luck

Water water water .. Nap .. A few sips of coke for caffiene or coffee.
