insomnia
Is any one having problems sleeping. I literally can't sleep at all at night n I don't nap during the day. I'm going crazy.
yep! its 5:40 am and i've been up for the last hour :( I had it really bad when i first got pg and now im 20 weeks and its back!
I think we all suffer at least a bit from insonmia...I'm now 25wks and have had trouble falling asleep at night although I'm exhausted all day, I already have 2 kids and a job so no napping for me either. Once I get to sleep now I have to waken up to roll over cos my bump is so big! Its frustrating, but all part of getting ready for the lack of sleep once baby arrives. I keep an incredibly boring factual book by my bed, that helps my eyes drop most of the time if I'm struggling...
