Am I pregnant? I am worried!

I have been wondering and been worried if I'm pregnant.

I am 20 years old and sexually active.. So,I haven't had my period in over a month. The last time I had my period was in November at the end of that month. It is now January. I am in a serious relationship with my boyfriend. And so I've had unprotected sex with my boyfriend more then once. No condoms or birth control pills. I know it's stupid.. I have been more tired then I usually am recently. I cant even go up my boyfriend's brother's flight of stairs in his apartment building without getting a bit tired from that!

A couple weeks ago I had been feeling Nauseous and threw up, but it could had been because I had been drinking that weekend. But, the Nauseous lasted a couple days.Instead of just the next day. Like the hangover part. I have been feeling pain in my stomach and my back has been hurting. I did have infection too down there. Where it would burn a bit. But not when I pee, like after..

Also, I've been having bit of mood swings and stomach bloating. Not to mention that I had been spotting once when i had the urinary infection.

Please help me! I don't know what to think or do.

Hi!
I ALWAYS recommend a pregnancy test.  You can buy them at any pharmacy, OR, many doctor's offices offer complimentary ones if you call around.
You could also contact Planned Parenthood.  Your story and symptoms are consistent with pregnancy.  I DO recommend that you find out, because you may need to curtail your partying for awhile!
Good luck!
Dr B
PS if you are not pregnant, get some birth control! And remember Plan B!
