My mom kicked me out for not joining the Army; I was also 17 at the time and it sucked! I didn't know what I was going to do but I stayed the night with a co-workers/friend and then went to my BFF. Her mom was going to let me finish highschool and live there but then changed her mind because she didn't want to be involved and in the middle of everything. :( So then I called my mom's ex and stayed there for a week but she wanted me to pay rent; all I was concentrating on was graduating in the fall! ARGH... So as a last resort, I called my grandparents in NE and they came to CO and picked me up. I was able to finish highschool and they let me live with them rent free until I got another job. It was stressfull to the max but I was able to problem solve and make a tough situation better!! Hang in there and don't second guess your resources or be afraid to ask those around you for help!! Best of luck to you and whatever happens, never give up hope!!
