Im six weeks and extremely constipated what can I take??
Fiber fiber fiber lol , you could also ask your dr about a good stool softner , some will make it runny and just not very fun lol but the good ones make it normal . I forget the names of em though .
The only thing that I now to help are a lot og veggies and fruits to get the fibers and very much water to make it softer .
Otherwise you cab always get a sort of powder to get it going more easily. dont push too hard, as this can cause little and painfull wounds and listen to your body
