Just cus ur dialated doesnt mean u lost your mucus plug completely. At my 36 week check up (last monday) I was 2 1/2 cm dialated I lost my mucus plug (Thursday) and with my first and second pregnancy I had my girls three days later but here I am on my third pregnancy and I hit 37 weeks tomro! N e ways they say 3days to 2 weeks

I went to my OB last tuesday and he said im already 2cm dilated when he checked me.. I hope it will be soon..:)

I didn't even notice when I lost mine. I was so disappointed because I would always check for it, but I lost mine somewhere between my 37th week and my 38th week. My doctor checked me at 37 weeks and said I was still closed, but at the 38th week appointment I was starting to dilate (only a 1/2 centimeter). I'm now 39 weeks and 4 days and I'm still awaiting labor.
