No cm
I have been charting and using opk sticks.for the last three cycles each time getting ovulation but I do not.get the egg white.cm . I stopped bc four months ago what should.i do. Ttc number one
Someone on here mentioned grapefruit juice also to help increase cm, though i'd mention it
Try drinking more water to help increase the cm. I have for the first time this month been using a sperm friendly lubricant to help with such things. Called concieve plus the one I am using, lots of positive feed back about it. I put 5ml in a syringe before bd and it does the same job as cm apparently.
