What did your mucus plug look like?

Gross question right? lol, anyway I have always started losing my plug in pieces around 33 weeks. This time it has been the same, sort of looks like clear snot (again....gross). But the last day or so I have been losing pieces that are dark purple...I googled it and it appears to be normal.

What did yours look like?

Mine was different with my other kids, it was the slimey green like most people describe, this time mine was more like yours, it was purplish though....like a purple blood clot lol

hope I dont go into labor soon, Ive never been this pregnant before (36w+4) my other pregnancies ended at 35 and 36 weeks...its good to finally be close to being term for once=)

With my first it was different then what i'm seeing people say here. Mine was brown and red. It kind of looked like a really big blood clot.   I didn't see any other colors besides maybe a little clear spot. I also had my bloody show at the same time so that might be why I saw no other color.

Haha well I guess the wonderful mucus plug comes in all shapes, sizes, and colors....its fun being pregnant right? =)

Mine has been all different colors...yellow...greenish...white...clear...and some redish because there was a few times with blood

I agree with the person before me.  I think I had my bloody show this morning but not sure. Cuz the Dr did my sweep yesterday and I was spotting all day yesterday but it was different this morning.  I have had bad cramping and contractions all day so I am hoping soon

Yup...Clear snot. It was jelly looking and it had a yellowish pink tinge to it. It was jelly looking snot...Thats the best way to describe it. Good luck to you
