prenatal vitiams*
So I can't swallow the presciption prenatals so im taking the chewable ones I'd bought and they have no iron in them and I'm anemic so I need extra iron. Can I crush the prescription prenatal vitiams or can I take the chewable ones and get a seperate iron supplement? Thanks
My doc prescribed me chewable ones...they made me sick. So my doctor told me I coucould go buy the flinestones ones as long as they were WITH IRON. Its the best, its the red box. They are $5 a bottle. You have to take 2 instead of one. Bur the flavor is so much better. And can buy them from walmart, target, cvs and walgreens. Hope this helps.
I take the gummy vitamins and take an extra iron supplement and that's what my doctor has told me to do
