Hey ladies im a ftm and im 3mos pregnant i was wondering if yall knew if icyhot was ok to use like on ur lower back. Im having this horrible pain all over but especially my back. And i wanted to know if it was safe to use at least 1 time?

My doc said to use it to help woth my bacm, but I prefer my heating pad

I took icy hot and my doctor said it was ok since its a topical cream and it's not digested. But you should ask your ob. Not everyone can use the same thing

I think it's not, at least that what I read online! I stopped using it just in case.

When I get really bad back pain I schedule a mssage and I feel lot better!
