Im having the same issue with my back and my dr doesn't help me much at all. I'm going to try yoga.. because as i get bigger, staying active gets harder on my back. And i hate taking tylenol, so hopefully it helps
I would go see a physio who specialises in pregnancy and post pregnancy.
