Help.. I think I'm leaking aniotic fluids?

I am 9 weeks and 4 days pregnant. I fell yesturday and hit my stomach really hard on my dresser. It's very sore to the touch but im more worried because not even a week ago I was threatening to miscarraige. About 2 hours after falling my panties were soaked as if I had peed my pants (obviously I didnt) but I didnt think much of it. Again this morning when I woke up it was the same. Now im getting bad cramps when I move to fast (sit up or walk) and occasionally uterine cramps. Now I don't want to go to the hospital for nothing (I'm stubborn like that) but I need to know if this really could be serious. I'm not bleeding at all so I figured I shouldn't worry. But I'm not starting to get on and off fevers and dizzyness. What should I do?

Well... I definitely would call my doctor and let them know what happened and the symptoms your experiencing. It's normal in pregnancy to have an abundance of discharge which could be the cause of the wet panties. The baby is very protected in there this early so I wouldn't be so worried about hurting the baby but the concern is the higher risk of miscarriage. Why were you a threatened miscarriage last week? Call your doctor and tell them what happened and see if they will let you come in to hear the heartbeat, that will put your mind at ease. Of course if you have any bleeding at all, call your doctor immediately.
