should I call the doctor???? help!

These passed two days I've had a couple of terrible menstural crampings. Which I felt reliefe from after about 10-15 minutes, only light pressure and not close together with dull back pain.. Is it braxton hicks? I'm 27w5d...  I don't want this to be real labor but I feel like I'd know the difference, right??? Should I call my after hours dr???

It could also be round ligament pain. I don't quite remember exactly what it feels like, but it seems like it happens in the same areas as menstrual cramps. I wouldn't worry unless they start becoming frequent and relaxing things like taking a warm bath doesn't stop it. Labor pains do feel a lot like amped up menstrual cramps.

I did, the doc told me it didn't sound like contractions, eapecially if they're going away, but she said if it ever lasts longer than 20 minutes then I should get monitored at the nearest hospital
