I don't know if I'm pregnant or not! help

My last normal period was April 18th, I'm never late always on time. So when it was time for my next period I was 2 days late. Took a hpt and was neg. Later that day I started very lightly spotting,so I didn't think I was then I started feeling nauseous, tired, tender breast. Then Friday I had pelvic pressure,now I'm having a kinda white sticky stuff come out of my left breast! Could I be pregnant? My first kid I was 3 months before a hpt would show, and 5 months with my second kid before it would show. Idk what to do

You can always go to the er. They should do blood work and you'll know.
