slow eater

So it's 1:30am here and I've been breast feeding since roughly 10:30pm, not straight there have been 2 poppy diapers and about 20 minutes of sleep but oh my goodness this seems ridiculous!

Sounds like his pooping ok too. Did he feed ok during the day? Maybe this is a really late cluster feed. I know sometimes if my son didn't get enough calories during the day he would be hungry during the night.

I've tried putting him up against my chest to see if tgat was it but he got upset and started rooting. Idk. He just now stopped and boy mycnnipples are so sore. One is actually leaking a little, the last one he was on so it seems like there's enough

Wow, thats a long time, you must be exhausted! Do you think baby is actually hungry or are they just enjoying the cuddle? My son was like that for weeks until we worked out he wasn't getting what he needed from me, poor bub was never full.
